How long does a pair last ?

That depends totally on your strength in your jaw. If you start with JAWCHISEL LIGHT and have bitten through it after a while, the time is ripe to change to JAWCHISEL THOUGH. Normally you should be able to train with it for 1-3 months.

 

How long should I train ?

Use JAWCHISEL between 5 and 10min per day. A longer use is not useful, it is the regularity in your training that will allow you to obtain quick results.

 

What are your delivery times?
